Withholding of Removal:
Requirements include:
- Applicant must show that he or she is a refugee;
- Applicant must demonstrate clear probability of persecution by the government or a group of people that the government is unable to control;
- Applicant may demonstrate past persecution with the presumption that persecution will continue in the future if he or she returns to their respective home country.
